Q. How much is your service call and after hour call?
A. Diagnostic is $65 for residential and $40 for after hours

Q. Do you offer service agreements?
A. Yes, our service agreements include 2 maintenance visits a year (spring & fall) also you receive 10% discount on all service and no after hour call out charge.

Q. How many times a year should I get my equipment serviced?
A. Two – One for cooling & one for heating

Q. Why is yearly maintenance important?
A. Heating & Cooling equipment cost continue to rise. It only makes since to get the longest life with the least amount of repairs. Regular and routine maintenance will keep your system running at peak performance and help lower operating cost.

Q. How many employees do you have?
A. We have 4 employees in the office, 5 service technicians and 2 installers

Q. What are your payments options and do you finance?
A. We take cash, checks, visa & mastercard, we are sorry to say we no longer bill.
We do offer financing on new equipment through Alabama Power & Mobile Gas.

Q. What brands do you service?
A. All brands

Q. What brands do you install?
A. We are a Trane and Rheem/Ruud dealer. We can also offer a 10 year warranty on new equipment.
